Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Illi chose the medical field to make a real difference in people’s lives. She takes pride in providing thoughtful, supportive care and is always looking for ways to grow and refine her skills.

Outside of work, she enjoys self-care, staying active at the gym, and spending time with her tight-knit family. She’s a Leo at heart—radiant and fiercely loyal—and a devoted dog mom to Zola, her German Shepherd mix.

Maite Redondo Cladera, a dedicated Nurse Practitioner since 2007, hails from the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Maite has called Santa Fe home since 1993. Her passion for women’s health was ignited by the birth of her first daughter, during which she experienced the profound impact of holistic care through a homebirth midwife. A proud mother of two daughters - Luna and Iris, Maite brings her holistic, patient-centered approach to WELL BAR, where she offers well woman care in addition to our other comprehensive services, supporting women in every stage of their health and wellness journeys.
